Screw ship unloader  can efficiently and quickly unload cement from ships and transport it to mixing plants or trucks, achieving automated transportation and feeding of cement.


The equipment has been carefully designed by EBO’s team, integrating multiple advanced technologies and configurations, ensuring good overall performance and user experience.


1. Environmental Protection 
Equipped with a built-in vacuum and dust suppression system, it can quickly collect dust caused by material flow and layer collapse during the material retrieval process. The subsequent improvement of the conveyor belt is fully sealed internally, with a bag type dust collector installed at the tail of the belt conveyor, which generates a slight negative pressure in the sealed channel, solving environmental problems such as dust flying, and completely solving the problems of material scattering, leakage, ash emission, and dust in the open operation of grab type ship unloaders. It is an ideal replacement product for traditional grab type ship unloaders. 
To reduce energy consumption, the clinker unloader of EBO adopts a permanent magnet motor as the drive, and controls the total length of the material taking screw machine to be less than 5 meters, greatly saving energy consumption. The subsequent improvement of the conveyor adopts a belt conveyor structure, which greatly reduces the overall energy consumption of the whole machine, with an energy consumption of about 0.6~0.8 KWH/t. 


2. Durable 
 Its structure is scientifically reasonable and is the first of its kind internationally. The surface of the blade of the material taking screw machine at the material taking port adopts proprietary process technology to integrate "diamond grade" wear resistance performance. It can unload cement clinker with a wear resistance life of>3000H, and can also unload sand and gravel materials with a particle size of ≤ 100mm. 
The subsequent lifting conveyor adopts a specially designed corrugated edge belt conveyor, made of imported superhard materials and processed by special technology, with a transportation life of over 3 years. 


3. Efficient and intelligent 
By collecting dynamic information of equipment, detecting the operation status of the unit, analyzing operation data, and diagnosing equipment faults,  it improves the efficiency of after-sales maintenance and equipment operation reliability.
