Material transfer

Ship unloaders can transport chemical raw materials, finished products, and other building materials from ships to different manufacturing and production processes, thereby optimizing production processes, improving production efficiency, and quality.

Environmental protection

In the chemical industry, ship unloaders usually need to meet strict environmental requirements. For example, fully enclosed transportation of materials can avoid scattering and dust, reducing the impact on the environment. The vertical screw conveyor is inserted into the material pile on the ship, and the material retrieval device rotates in a screw-like manner. The material is continuously transported away from the internal source in the pipeline through the vertical and horizontal screw conveyors, achieving a closed material operation throughout the process. Combined with ultrasonic atomization dust suppression, the dust emission at the dust emission point is less than 6 mg per cubic meter.

Automation and efficiency

Ship unloaders can achieve automated control and optimization, improving production efficiency and product quality. For example, spiral unloaders have advantages such as large conveying capacity, low transmission power, small footprint, low noise, and simple maintenance, which can save labor and unloading time, thereby reducing operating costs.

Technical features

The technical features of the ship unloader include a vertical screw  un-vulnerable alloy shaft connection assembly, no need to add lubricating oil during operation, and wearable parts during long-term operation. These characteristics make the operation of the ship unloader extremely advanced and reliable, with multiple invention patents.
